Joshua Galvin’s Preferred Training Salon scheme was delighted to award it’s first certified salon to Cienté, Berkhamsted.
Salon owner Trisha Buller was presented the Preferred Training Salon certificate and window sticker by the ‘God Father of Hairdressing’ Joshua Galvin and Central Training Group’s managing director Martin Kolton .
“Joshua and I are very pleased to be awarding Trisha this award as the first salon to join ‘Preferred Training Salon’ scheme. Cienté have always been a firm supporter of training and education and raising standards within the hairdressing industry”.
The Preferred Training Salon is first in it’s kind to recognise hair salons who employ qualified and experienced stylists, by providing high quality services and excellent training for all their staff.
Trisha added “To receive an award such as this is a real honour, education is very important to me and at Cienté we endeavour to deliver standards second to none, we grow our team from workshop pre school leavers through to successful talented stylists.
All Cienté staff are embarking on developing their skills even higher by taking advanced studies in hairdressing with Span training body.
Models are required for training days, with excellent standards delivered and supervised by one or more of the three fully qualified in-salon assessors at all times.
