• Our ability to cut and style your hair to your satisfaction is in part dependent on the information you provide us during your consultation. To this end we require utmost honesty during your consultation.
• We strive to offer the best possible experience and results of any hair salon. In order to continue improving we need to know when we haven’t got it right, so please tell us if you are not happy.
• We are happy to provide a full quotation for the cost of your cut and styling before your appointment. Please do not try to negotiate as we feel very strongly that we already offer extremely good value for money.
